Usage Process
1. Check the voltage and connector of your battery. 2. Connect the charger to AC, LED turns GREEN. 3. Connect DC output to Battery. LED turns RED means fast charging. 4. LED turns GREEN from RED means battery full charged. 5. Disconnect the charger from AC and battery.
If your scooter is not charging, it may be for one of the following reasons:
1) The charger may not fit your device. Please provide us with the brand and model of your device so that we can check for compatibility. We will check the compatibility for you.
2) Your battery may be broken. Since lead acid batteries have a limited lifespan. If your battery has been in use for more than 12 months or has been left unused for 2-3 months, it might be damaged.
In such cases, the charger’s LED will display green, indicating that there is no charging as the battery is dead. You can check the functionality of our charger by using it with another device, or check the condition of your battery by using another charger.
3)If the green light is on when you plug in the charger, but goes off when you connect the scooter, it’s because the internal short circuit of the scooter has caused the self-protection function of the charger to fail, you’d better check the scooter battery and replace it.
